Return and Refund Policy

While shopping with STERLOC, please always be careful while buying as we do not exchange, refund, or provide store credits or coupons if you have just simply changed your mind or purchased by mistake.

STERLOC does not sell any products that are imitations or fakes. We only stock authentic products. Already "USED" products will not be replaced. Hence if you have already opened the item and/or used it, return of such things is no longer allowed.

STERLOC only allows the product to be returned if the product has been damaged during transit/delivery. Our team will happily offer you either a refund or replace the product(s) if the product has been damaged during transit/delivery. The shipping/delivery costs, if any, will be charged to the customer. Please note that mere damage to the packaging does not warrant a refund or exchange.

STERLOC will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return. You may reach out to us through our contact page. Once authorized, the customer shall have only 7 days to make the return.

If the product has been authorized for return by STERLOC, the customer must ensure that the product is carefully wrapped and securely packed to avoid further damage. STERLOC hereby advises the customer to use the delivery/shipping agency that provides the tracking identification number and insurance for the delivered article/consignment. The customer will find themselves liable for the shipping cost involved while returning the product. Once we receive the product at the STERLOC’s Fulfilment center, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days, if eligible.

If the product has been authorized for return by STERLOC, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, and the product must be unopened and unused.

NOTE: When STERLOC has received the returned product, the product will be evaluated by our Team, and the customer will be notified about the next steps.
