Happy Holi 2022

Colors, Chatpata Khana & Care! Holi Is All About Fun

As the Holi 2022 date has come close, colorful pictures start coming to our minds. What’s your plan for Holi 2022? We all have plans to celebrate this festival full of colors. From colors to mouth-watering foods such as Ghujjiya, Thandai & Ras Malai, Holi is all about having fun.

Holi reminds you of what? Yummy food and sweets? Family & friends throwing colors at each other or skin and hair issues occur after the Holi celebrations?

Whenever this festival of colors comes, a question pops up in our minds, that is, how to protect skin from Holi colors. It reminds us of the skincare tips for Holi that we received from our grandparents during childhood. But most of us skipped that skincare part during childhood and let our skin get back to normal in a natural way. But now, we don’t have enough time to wait for natural skin rejuvenation.

This year, let’s take care of your skin while throwing colors at others and shouting aloud, “Happy Holi.” Let us tell you about the things that you need to take care of during Holi celebrations to make sure that this Holi becomes the best for you till now.

#1. Staying Natural

The first thing you need to consider while celebrating Holi is staying natural. What does it mean when I say staying natural? It means staying natural on all corners. However, the following are two significant aspects to be considered.

  • Colors

The use of unnatural and chemical-containing colors in Holi celebrations is harmful. The market is flooded with such toxic products, but some natural and herbal colors are also available. Ensure that you get herbal and natural colors for you and your family.

  • Food

India is all about festivals, and festivals are all about tasty traditional food. When it comes to the Holi celebration, we have many yummy dishes on the table. Here, you need to make sure that you do not have food items with many harmful preservatives.

#2. Skin Care

Skincare is the most important thing we have to consider during Holi celebrations. Colors can dry out your skin, and you need to take care of it.

  • Pre-Holi

Before you get colors on your skin, you need a layer of protection, and any natural oil is the best thing to apply.

  • During Holi

At the celebration, you need to take care of your skin, eyes, and hair. Try to use naturally made colors that are safe for skin, hair, and eyes.

  • Post Holi

After celebrating Holi and having a lot of colors on your skin, we go for a bath. But is it enough for skincare? No, it would help if you had something that rejuvenates your skin and a moisturizer is the best solution.

#3. Extra Care

Do you need extra care of yourself? What does extra care mean? As we know that we all recently have gone through a challenging phase, that is Covid-19. So protecting yourself from germs and viruses is also essential along with skincare. Before you jump into the Holi celebrations, ensure that you have a hand sanitizer with you.

You can’t use it everywhere but sanitize your hands before picking up the piece of your favorite sweets from the plate. And what if you get the skincare feature along with the protection from germs? That is what we know as extra care!

Have Fun!

Holi is all about having fun, be it food or colors! But caring for yourself is also crucial because it enables you to have fun without getting into trouble.

Happy Holi To All Of You!

  1. Aw, this was an extremely good post. Finding the time and actual effort to produce a top notch article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and don’t seem to get nearly anything done.

  2. Spot on with this write-up, I seriously believe this site needs much more attention. I’ll probably be returning to see more, thanks for the information!

  3. I am really impressed along with your writing talents as neatly as with the format on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it your self? Either way stay up the nice high quality writing, it is uncommon to see a great weblog like this one today..
