Adding to the pleasure, she\u2019s been recently offered the position of the First Deputy Managing Director of the IMF.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides the offered role that Gopinath is all set to embrace next year, what amused us more were the words Kristalina Georgieva, IMF\u2019s Managing Director had to say about her. With the many things she said, one that summarises every emotion is, \u201cIndeed, her particular skill set \u2013 combined with her years of experience at the Fund as Chief Economist \u2013 make her uniquely well qualified. She is the right person at the right time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Immense hard work and the commitment to adapt to new changes necessary for her dreams to come true led Gopinath to the much prestigious life she has built for herself!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We all may<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sterloc.com\/blog\/do-you-fear-change-life-management-sterloc-india\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fear change<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and struggle through different situations; it\u2019s a movie; can be planned some other day!<\/p>\n<p>\u272aHad an unexpectedly bad day?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It happens even to the best of us, ok to be sad &#8211; take a break and get back!<\/p>\n<p>\u272aYou had finally adjusted to a routine, and it was abruptly disrupted due to someone?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I know it&#8217;s frustrating but unfortunately unavoidable; better try adapting to it!<\/p>\n<p>\u272aDidn\u2019t receive the welcome you had expected?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Can\u2019t change how others behave;
