When I say that we leave the house every day carrying at least two inventions, and\u00a0still,\u00a0we don’t realize they’re significant inventions\u00a0<\/span>(no, I’m not talking about smartphones\/Laptops\u00a0<\/span><\/i>?<\/span><\/i>or bikes\/cars<\/span><\/i>\u00a0?<\/span><\/i>)<\/span><\/i>,\u00a0it\u00a0may sound\u00a0shocking.\u00a0So,\u00a0the matter is not only about knowing these inventions (Now daily needs), but the motive is to know why you should\u00a0sanitize\u00a0them?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These inventions are so personal to us that we can’t imagine life without them;\u00a0sanitizing\u00a0daily needs has become even more important as\u00a0<\/span>the Omicron<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0variant of Coronavirus has begun to wreak havoc on the world.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We must accept that sanitization is a necessary part of our daily lives.\u00a0Still, there are people like my friend Rahul, who proudly\u00a0say, \u201cI got both doses of vaccine\u00a0?<\/span>,\u00a0now I don\u2019t need to sanitize anything.\u201d\u00a0People like him inspired me to write this post\u00a0<\/span>?<\/span>,\u00a0and I hope he will recognize the importance of sanitizing daily necessities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

#1 Keys<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Most of us don\u2019t know that the key is an invention.\u00a0Do you remember when you first started using keys?\u00a0\u00a0We have used or witnessed the use of this wonderful invention since we were children.\u00a0Even we used keys as an infant, remember? Yes, those teether keys made our gums stronger\u00a0<\/span>?<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Invention\u00a0Of Keys:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

Greek sculptor and architect Theodorus Invented Keys in the 6th century BC. After that invention, there were millions of changes made to the keys. As a result, we have seen everything from simple metallic keys with slots to modern electronic keys.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanitizing Keys:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

Choosing a\u00a0<\/span>sanitizer for keys<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is tricky because they are metals, and alcohol-based sanitizers are unsuitable for metals. Also, a single key in the house is used by multiple hands, even the outsiders use it, and we carry many germs on it.\u00a0So,\u00a0sanitizing your keys is essential, but get a\u00a0<\/span>natural disinfectant<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to apply on keys.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

#2 Mirror\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The mirror is the first thing some people see when they wake up, and it’s a fantastic invention, right? But, think of living without seeing a mirror; you can\u2019t groom yourself properly, you can\u2019t even drive safely, and you\u00a0might\u00a0dress up in the wrong way.\u00a0But why it’s necessary to sanitize the mirror you use?\u00a0There are some serious reasons behind sanitizing a\u00a0mirror.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Invention Of Mirror:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

German chemist Justus von Liebig got the mirror patent in 1835, but humans have been using it since 4000 BC.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Take an example of bathroom mirrors in a public washroom; people keep their faces very close and leave breathing droplets endangering others. Before you use any washroom mirror or dressing table mirror in the trial room of an apparel store, you must sanitize it.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

#3. Handles\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Handles are a fantastic invention that we use dozens, if not hundreds, of times every day.\u00a0Without handles, it will become\u00a0difficult\u00a0to enter or exit an enclosed space. In addition, compared to other inventions on the list, handles are touched more and harbor a large number of germs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An African American inventor called Osborn Dorsey got a patent for handle in 1878, but its history is very ancient. Even before the\u00a0<\/span>Neolithic Revolution<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, handles were in use.\u00a0Handles have evolved significantly over time, and we now see this invention everywhere.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We come into contact with them hundreds of times per day.\u00a0Have a look around you, and you will find one.\u00a0We can’t live without door handles, drawer pulls, and cabinet handles.\u00a0So, the next time you use wardrobe handles or any other type of handle, make sure it’s\u00a0sanitized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

#4.\u00a0Taps\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

When soiled\/soapy hands touch taps or faucets, the chances of germs on them increase.\u00a0Remember how often you touch a faucet in the staff washroom in your office?\u00a0You touch bathroom taps several times, and others use them too, so they become a germ transmission channel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Taps have been in use since 1700 BC, but Thomas Campbell got it patented in 1880.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanitizing Taps:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

We wash them, whether it’s a washbasin tap or a\u00a0<\/span>shower tap<\/span>, but we still need to\u00a0<\/span>sanitize<\/span>\u00a0them to ensure complete safety.\u00a0<\/span>Even disinfecting kitchen taps\u00a0<\/span>are<\/span>\u00a0necessary, but when disinfecting a kitchen sink tap or any other kitchen tap,\u00a0<\/span>use a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>disinfectant<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a>that is gentle, natural<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>safe for edibles.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Water bottle or bottled water, let\u2019s not get confused between both, water bottle is an invention, and bottled water is just a product that the world created to ease things.\u00a0Everyone, from school\u00a0kids to office workers, gym goers to senior citizens doing\u00a0yoga\u00a0in the park,\u00a0carry\u00a0a water bottle.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to some historical evidence, there were water bottles made up of bark, leather, etc. Around 5000 years ago, water bottles made up of animal skins were known as \u201cWaterskins.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Now there are plenty of options, from a glass water bottle to a steel water bottle available when you go out to buy a water bottle.<\/span><\/span> \u00a0<\/span>

Sanitizing a water bottle can be risky if you use alcohol-based sanitizers with harsh chemicals, but there are\u00a0<\/span>organic sanitizers<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0available. Whether you are buying bottled water during a train journey or carrying one with you, sanitizing a water bottle before using it is a must.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
